Hey ppl...i sprained my ankle yesterday during training...was kinda painful. After i got home, BY BUS cause my dad and my mum do not drive, my ankle began to swell. At first, i did not wan to go see the chinese physician cause...i gotta admit it...i was scared. haha...after that, i decided to go as it was getting more and more painful.
When i got there, the guy kinda like just move my feet in circles, forward and back ward and soon...'CRACK'! My leg felt so much better. From then on, i could like walk properly and i did not feel as much pain as before:D
Today, my ankle is not say very pain but i am walking quite wierdly cause i scared if i add too much pressure, my ankle will hurt. So...hope i get better ASAP and continue to train:D
